It's hard walking by a scene like this...I did it plenty in Costa Rica and Panama.
I wanted to sterilize all of the dogs I saw in the streets
but finding a vet in the middle of nowhere-rainforest is impossible.
You know Insane, I've heard dog balls are a delicacy in some countries....
