My favorite song

These words have always meant something to me:

...Words like violence
...Break the silence
Come crashing in
Into my little world
...Painful to me
...Pierce right through me
Can't you understand
Oh my little girl...

All I ever wanted
All I ever needed
Is here in my arms
Words are very unnecessary
They can only do harm

...Vows are spoken
...To be broken
Feelings are intense
Words are trivial
...Pleasures remain
...So does the pain
Words are meaningless
And forgettable...

All I ever wanted
All I ever needed
Is here in my arms
Words are very unnecessary
They can only do harm

Enjoy the silence

"Enjoy the Silence" - Martin L. Gore

Friends request. Pls read first.

So I know everyone likes to have friends out there and that is fine with me. However if I do not know you, have never spoken with you, or have never seen you before in my life please do not just invite me as a friend. I would ask that you message me first, get to know me, let me know who you are as well. Everyone in my friend list is someone I know in real life, if not I at least have corresponded with them in some way, shape, or form.

If I do know you and you are adding me, please also drop me a note in addition to the friend request so I know you sent me one, I always have at least a dozen requests actively pending from so many random people on Tribe so I do not always look at it when it says there are new friends pending.

Thank you for understanding.

A Sonnet of my life

Astrophel and Stella
Sonnet XLV

Stella oft sees the very face of woe
Painted in my beclouded stormy face,
But cannot skill to pity my disgrace,
Not though thereof the cause herself she know;
Yet hearing late a fable, which did show
Of lovers never known a grievous case,
Pity thereof gat in her breast such place
That, from that sea derived, tears' spring did flow.
Alas, if fancy, drawn by imaged things,
Though false, yet with free scope, more grace doth breed
Than servant's wrack, where new doubts honor brings;
Then think, my dear, that you in me do read
Of lovers' ruin some sad tragedy.
I am not I; pity the tale of me.
