On Friday, June 6th, Strangelove pays TRIBUTE TO THE SISTERS OF MERCY. Tomas Diablo and guest DJs LowLife (New Wave City, 1984) and Fact50 (Debauchery, Less Than Zero) spin the best of the Sisters and their side projects, as well as like-minded Dark Electro, Industrial, New Wave, and Goth.
Strangelove is every first Friday at the CAT CLUB (Folsom and 8th). There's plenty of room to dance around and we keep the party going until 3AM! The DJs play music in the back room, and it's piped through to the front room at a lower volume, giving you the chance to chat at the bar without losing your voice. In the front room, Strangelove is trying something new (just for this month) - DJs Donimo (Shadowplay) and Miles the Intern (Live 105) spinning 80s and new Electro!
