Rubbed it on my kinked and sore ankle after watering my plants outside. Relaxed the muscles right away. I have had it around cause I have had a fungal thing--I know eww ewww ick in my armpit. Works to soothe and heal those kind of itchy rashes also.

1. Continued my healing from a sprained ankle and cracked lower end fibia that I acquired on July 6th. Because I was stupid but shit happens so well ok be more careful in the future... 2. Didn't go to Pub Trivia (booooooo) because despite my best intentions, I felt creaky and achy in my joints after a bout of relatively high activity (since the sprain) over this past Sat/Sun. I have come to the conclusion it is a BS place (like most online discussion areas) and little at this point can make me stay, EXCEPT the good people I have met here.
