I feel slowly how the snake within awakens, sleepy after hibernation. Summer glimpses here and there, but yet only spring here in Scandinavia. Still shedding skin after the long dark winter, getting accustomed to the light again. A little lighter each day. Nature is in full lush deliciously vibrant green everywhere! I just wanna stay out and not be at work! This Sagittarius full moon of freedom fucked my okayness with doing my tasks at work. So finally some free time... and here I am, catching up with my self. Remembering - being love again.

Resting in just being with my self and enjoying doing nothing. Oh well, sitting here, ain't I?

"Award-winning film director Carole Hart is planning to release the feature-length film, "For the Next 7 Generations: the Grandmothers Speak" www.forthenext7generations.com this October! Tidal Momentum

Waves of change, crashing to shore. This is the time between world ages. Consciousness is expanding. The old is falling away. The new is yet to be born. The only thing we know for sure is that e-v-e-r-y-thing is changing, evolving. The acceleration is unstoppable.

How are you feeling it? Humans are amazingly adaptable, and yet, the rate of change these days is so intense, most of us are noticing an upsurge in physical and emotional anomalies. Headaches, dizziness, pressure, muscle aches, emotional outbursts, changes in sleep, eating and menstrual patterns are all common. So is a sense of deep, deep fatigue, weariness in the soul. Breakouts of bliss, extreme peace, are just as common, as all levels of our being are calibrated to the incoming energies.

We live in the times the Hopi call the Great Purification. This is true of our bodies as much as the Earth. Here are some ways to ride the wave and allow the changes to flow through . . .

Purification - Detoxify with herbs. Sweat. Fast. Soak in mineral waters and sea salts. Drink at least eight glasses of purified water every day, with fresh lemon added.

Nourishment - You know what your body needs (not what it wants, what it needs) to thrive in these times of intense change. Add more fresh vegetables, especially dark, leafy greens, to your diet. Enjoy raw, living foods. "Eat life as much as possible." Supplement your diet with whatever else your body needs to support your evolution - vitamins, minerals, herbs. Exercise every day.

Nurturing and balance - Feed your soul. Walk on the Earth, bathe in her waters, gaze at the stars. Play, dance, create. Exercise every day. Find out what makes your heart sing, and do more of that. Relax with a cup of tea. Rest. Get a massage. Meditate, connect with Source.

We Are the Ones
We've Been Waiting For
You have been telling the people that this is the Eleventh Hour. Now you must go back and tell the people that this is The Hour.
And there are things to be considered:
Where are you living?
What are you doing?
What are your relationships?
Are you in right relation?
Where is your water?
Know your garden.
It is time to speak your Truth.
Create your community.
Be good to each other.
And do not look outside yourself for the leader.

This could be a good time!

There is a river flowing now very fast. It is so great and swift that there are those who will be afraid.
They will try to hold on to the shore. They will feel they are being torn apart, and they will suffer greatly.
Know the river has its destination. The elders say we must let go of the shore, push off into the middle of the river, keep our eyes open, and our heads above the water. See who is in there with you and celebrate.
At this time in history, we are to take nothing personally.

Least of all, ourselves. For the moment that we do, our spiritual growth and journey comes to a halt.

The time of the lone wolf is over. Gather yourselves!

Banish the word struggle from your attitude and your vocabulary. All that we do now must be done in a sacred manner and in celebration.

Scandinavian winter a period of hibernating. Time seem like standing still and at the same time passing so quickly. So contradictionary. Below the blanket of snow.. the seed is preparing itself for its greatness. That's like life now... Making plans for what to come, so marvellous not knowing though longing, keeping faith in making the dream come trough.
