I've been commuting to work every day with it now. It takes me 25 minutes each way - downhill to, and uphill on the way home. Hopefully I'll have buns of steel by the end of summer!

Salads are always a hidden fat food! Creamy dressings, cheese as salad toppers, and bacon all add up to a lot of saturated fat. Caesar salad is a prime example.
