If you are into energy healing, check out this alternative/addition to Reiki. I had an attunement last fall and just went to the 'healing circle' in Corona this week. I got worked on as well as got to practice on others(Loads of good energy!). ...

For those that don't know, Ayahuasca is a medicine made from combining leaves and vine, boiled for many hours until it is a thick fluid. The Shamans believe that combining the medicine with prayer/chants/music brings healing spirits which work with the medicine to clean out your physical body while purifying the mind. Structure of Class: Pranayama - breathing exercises. Kriya - Set of postures and/or exercises. Meditation - Mindfulness. Shavasana - Relaxation period with a Gong session. Come on out and experience the benefits of Kundalini Yoga!
