I want to say a HUGE thank-you to Paulette for her vision and guidance. Collective Soul Level 1 certification was absolutely life changing. Going into this workshop I was really nervous about putting myself out there, with all its faults and bad habits. I spent hours before the first meeting trying to figure out how to hide them. Well, I think I have officially moved. I have gotten a few rooms in the house painted and I finally feel like I am moved in. I am now ready to call Iowa home again.

Last night I took my nephew up to the HS football game and frozen my glutes off (I wish it were really that easy :) but we had a great time.
