Piano recital is getting alot more serious.
Adding Ravel's Jeux d'eau, a Debussy Image. The Ravel is something else; to me it feels like playing a Chopin scherzo at hyperspeed.

Currently trying to figure out RAW processing, Photoshop, good legato phrasing, combine soldiers in half life 2, and the best beef/milk combo for Hamburger Helper.

I need to finish up a potential piano recital that I've been working on for awhile: preludes from Rachmaninoff Op.23, the "spring" preludes (4,6,10) and the famous march no. 5. The 5th is kind of a stretch (pun?) for me; my hands are just big en...

Hi
I finally got a real camera: EOS 20D. Should be fun going to all old the old spots with the new machine.
Music is going ok. I got a solo part in choir. Singing solo makes me nervous!
Maybe I should figure out how to use my tripod :)

The 5th is kind of a stretch (pun?) for me; my hands are just big enough to pull off the moving sixteenth chords part (mm. 17-24). When I practice this piece it aggravates my left wrist, which has been broken twice. If I ever finish this recital, I'll definetly post the location & time.
After this, I think it's time for Rach concerto #2 (!)
