On 9-21 & 10-11 the phone line was switched without permission from Vartec (at 10¢ a minute) to Sprint (between $3 & $5 a minute) I contacted each of the involved companies(V - once, Sprint - 3 or 4 times, AT&T - repeatedly) Vartec said slamming had occurred before & issued a password against future incursions.
