This is a picture of us with Sander Hicks (in white shirt) @ Vox Pop ( www.shop.voxpopnet.net/ ). It’s a coffee-house, bookstore, and micropublishing media company. Check out the site, micropublishing is a very interesting concept that allows authors to self publish their books on a smaller scale. Sander Hicks is the owner ( www.sanderhicks.com ) . He can be seen in the documentary “Horns & Halos” ( www.hornsandhalos.com/dvd.html ) which is about the making and distribution of the very controversial book “Fortunate Son” about George W Bush. Sander is doing great work in providing an outlet for authors to self publish their books, the kind of books big main stream publishing companies won’t touch. He has also written his own book on 9/11 Truth called “The Big Wedding: 9/11, the Whistle-Blowers and the Cover-Up”. I haven’t had a chance to read it yet so I can’t comment on whether I will recommend it just yet. The store doesn’t have much space for books, but there is a good section dedicated to the 9/11 Truth Movement. Sander is quite the character as you will see if you watch the dvd.

The Hole Where Once the Towers Stood as of April '07

Looking into that gigantic hole, you really get a sense of how huge those Twin Towers were. Since being involved in the Truth Movement I’ve had a few nightmares of being in a tall building while it was collapsing. I just can’t imagine what it was like for those people, but I know I have to do whatever I can to try and help prevent such an event from ever happening again.

After "hanging out” with some of the guys during the day speaking out on 9/11 Truth @ the WTC in New York, they invited us to a video viewing and discussion. They try to meet every Saturday after their street action event. It was almost surreal to meet these guys just after crossing the street to the WTC and then following them blocks away to an empty run down typical New York studio apartment that was graciously lent out for the meeting by an actual survivor of the 9/11 WTC attacks. They are definitely a “grass roots” group that struggles to commit time and money to the movement but each and every one of them feels compelled to make a difference. Sitting there in that studio apartment, listening to the passion from each of them, refueled my drive to make a difference back home. These guys live there where it all happened. This is not a hobby for them, it’s a matter of future lives and deaths. Thank you everyone from WeAreChange.org for welcoming us to New York and making us feel part of your group. You guys are doing great work and encourage others to keep on fighting!

A Typical Saturday at the World Trade Center in New York City

Picture taken Saturday afternoon April 21/07. You can see by the amount of people who visit the WTC each day why it is such an effective place to promote 9/11 Truth. Just like anywhere else, not all people are open to 9/11 Truth, but in my 1-day experience there, more people were open to listen than I thought there would be. There are numerous different groups and individuals there promoting their own take on 9/11 Truth. Some definitely more effective and on point than others. And to my surprise, there was no presence or effort by any police to interfere with spreading the word.

This is Mike from WeAreChange.org during their weekly street action event at the WTC in New York. He is a very interesting individual that has no problem speaking out about 9/11 Truth and he definitely knows how to grab your attention. We only watched him for about half an hour, but during that short time period he had dozens of people stop and listen to what he had to say. Lots of people asked for more information including a tourist from Japan! We went with him to a video viewing and discussion later that day and after listening to Mike that night, he really knows his stuff and is a great asset to promote 9/11 Truth. Thanks for welcoming us so warmly to the New York Truth Movement Mike.

Street Action @ WTC New York WeAreChange.org

The guys from WeAreChange.org were kind enough to let me hold the banner during their regular Saturday afternoon street action event @ The World Trade Center in New York City April 21/07. They are there every Saturday from noon till 4pm speaking out about 9/11 Truth. It was amazing to see how many of the visitors to the WTC would stop to listen to what they were saying and ask questions. Many people would ask where they could get more information and they guys were more than happy to help. We even stood by as one of the guys was talking to a couple from Saskatoon about the North American Union and they had never heard of it before. It really helped when we chirped in to add to the conversation and said we where from Canada as well and there definitely was a N.A.U. forming.
