The unit is in great working order and has never needed service. I will include the 8x8s I used for placing it in the yard. The unit has two motors (one for jets and one for heat), multi-colored lighting, jets that can be controlled from outside or inside the tub, and I have the collapsing cover holder. I will be glad to provide photos if anyone is interested. I purchased the unit in San Mateo for over $7,000, so I believe this is a really good offer. I've seen the same model selling for more, used.
