well, this has been an interesting week. I had everything ready for me to leave atlanta for about three months to go held build, and tear down, clean up at Burning man. it is somethign that i have wanted to do since i found out about BM. i had everything all packed in my car ready to go, i was dropping off keys at work that i had forgot to leave, and my fan on the engine decided to fall apart. The shop says that the car will be ready on Friday if all the parts come in. Im glad that it happened here in atlanta instead on somewhere on the road. PIssed that it happened at all makes you just want to scream, but i'll get there when i should, at least thats whats keeping me sane(ish)

quiet moments

ever get a moment in your daily activities where all of a sudden you realize it is almost perfectly silent, no electrical hums from computer/tv/etc, no outside noise, just 2-3 seconds of nothing, I never seen to know that to do when that happens. The silence really is a golden moment in time, but unnerving to me, it is a little to close to the slasher films where it is the peak in the music, quiet and then lots of yelling I've been having trouble sleeping tonight for no apperent reason. I'm usualy out like a light right after my head hits the pillow, tonight I fell like I should be productive. Very strange, guess I'll work in the garage for awhile. Sleep, ever fleating

why does work allways seem to be a drag, but a neccesity to do the things that you want to do? I got a promotion a few monthes ago, and it seems that I'm having to work twice as hard for not that much more, and today my boss said "Hope your not planning on taking vacations, your to valuable', when eh knows i take 4 vacations a year, no sick days over the last two years so that i can get my vacation, makes me a little crazyer. When I'm angry I write run-on sentences, that's odd

I think that the M&G went off well, cops were not called, fun was had, concepts fleshed out if only a little. The concept of a overnight at the drive-in playing BM movies is getting me jumpy, and i like it. Hope everyone had a good time, and if you didnt make it pooh on you, better make it next time, Feb 17th, works for me, any comments
