I got news yesterday that my Grandfather Chuck did not make it. It happened suddenly. Just Friday my mom was talking to him and he was doing great.

I leave tomorrow morning for the funeral, and to celebrate his life with my family in Indiana. Yesterday was the day for crying. Tomorrow will be the day for crying. But not today. Today he is with Grandma Phyllis, celebrating her birthday (the first one after she died last year). It is painful but I know that he wanted to be with her.... read more
