about me
Married, been with with my husband 18 years. We are Baha'is in a predominately Christian community. We have five grown children that return home occassionally, two are biologicals and three are adopted. We homeschooled and now three are college graduates, one with her master's in education, all before the age of 22. The other two wanted to live life a little before "doing the college thing" they learned what you made w/o a degree and now they are in college, working hard. All five of our children have travelled extensively internationally. Our family is quite diverse. My brother lives in Japan, his children are Japanese (as well as Prussian, Irish, German, Greek, Italian, Polish, English ...), my sister's husband's family came directly from Russia. My first cousins are Caribean Indians, Aleutians, and Hawaiian. My grandchildren are Latino, Canadian, American Indian (Sioux). I want to be of service to humanity when I grow up, I hope to run a community school. I had Hodgkins Disease almost 20 years ago and, at times, suffer from the effects of the radiation treatment, FMS and thyroid malfunctions being the most predominate and painful.
