Rand brought home roasted beets. The first thing I did was eat some with some incredible stilton-like cheese. The second thing I did was take pictures.

In that search for Divinity in human form, one never look beyond the likes of Lady Kimberly Raven! She is the personification of cosmic inspiration and creative energy. We are quite fond of such a lovely spirit.

I love Kim...for all of the obvious reasons of course, but only she will ever know why it goes deeper than that. She is definitely one of the most beautiful people I have ever met, and she reaffirms that every time I see her...

this is the tale of an enchanted land that was never quite the same place twice*

the land of ampersandy, was built by a firefly,
who was very fond of rain and people - so that when she went burning,

We all come from the Goddess
and to Her we shall return
like a drop of rain
falling to the ocean
We all come from the Horned One
and through Him ... read more

older than sin, and his beard could grow no whiter. He wanted to die.
The dwarfish natives of the arctic caverns did not speak his language but conversed on their own, twittering tongue, conducted incomprehensible rituals, when they were not actually working in their factories.
Once every year they forced him, sobbing and protesting, into Endless Night. During the journey he would stand next to every child in the world, leave one of the dwarves' invisible gifts by its bedside. T... read more

I was a pescatarian for 7 years. I ate mostly things without faces except some occasional sushi or a nice pot of mussels, and then I moved in with a chef. This led way to a bevy of creatures far and wide with snouts and wings and horns, all through my mouth and into my belly. I don’t know why things had changed. Convenience? Pleasure?
On Monday my man had a hankerin' for some cheddarwursts. Something inside told me to go for the fake sausage but I didn't want to spend the extra money.... read more
