It appears to have gone pretty well. They even did the correct knee (it was wrong on the paperwork when I arrived!) I get to sit around watching TV a lot this weekend and Sophie is playing nursemaid to me (but I haven't persuaded her to put on the uniform yet). Lots of icing my knee while keeping it elevated. Crutches to let it heal before I put too much weight on it. Biggest downside... I'm on vicoden, so no beer until I can wean myself off it.
