Greetings.
My name is Paul, and welcome to my Tribe space.

An urban, radical faerie, I am one of those queer souls who don't seem to fit into any one group. I'm difficult to pigeon hole into any real category. I've always been considered a little weird and "out there", but to me I take these comments as compliments. I avoid the mainstream and anything orthodox (religion, politics and art) like noxious poison.

For the most part, music is my life. I am a classical pianist by profession with a passion for piano music from the 1910's - 1940's. And I'm also very much into classic ragtime.

My favorite composers are: Mayerl, Ravel, Lecuona, Debussy, Bloom, Suesse, Gottschalk, Perl, Joplin, Lamb, Scott, Janacek, and many others.

I collect ragtime sheet music, piano rolls from the 20's and 30's and 78's from the same periods. I rebuilt a 1920
Cable Euphona player piano a few years ago and I also have a Stunning Circasion Walnut VV-XVI Victor Victrola as well.

I also collect psychedelic music posters from the 60's and underground newspapers from the same period. Also collect all kinds of weird queer publications both new and vintage...erotic, etc.

A total and complete steampunk/dandy/bohemian at heart, I am very much interested in vintage clothing, and am attracted to a number of different styles, 1840 - 1940. I am more interested in style over fashion so the things I wear sometimes combine a variety of different periods.

Summers will find me at Renaissance Faires around the country. I especially tend to frequent the Bristol, Michigan and New York faires. Hope to see some you there. One of these days I hope to make my dream of attending a faerie gathering come true. Write me...would love to meet more radical faeries, especially in the Chicagoland area.
