I have to confess that I have a soft spot for Mark due to two things 1) our prior relations (eh-hem) and 2) he introduced me to my wonderful husband.
On the other hand, my friendship with Mark has been, oh let's say a little more tumultuous than I am used to (which is actually saying a lot!). The good news is, we have made it through. I consider him a friend on and off tribe. I am so happy that he is thriving and safe in Fresno and I only want the best for this dear man. November 12, 2005
Mark rocks. Other people talk; Mark _does_. Gets it done. Very diverse range of interests - however bizarre :) - you'll never have a dull moment with him. He's currently on solar jihad to transform our failing oil addiction into something super-positive that shines in the sun. Stick with 'im kid, he's goin' places!!

Mark is a guy without pretense and this is why I like him so much. His passion for social justice and enthusiasm for alternatives to our shallow culture are truly infectious. I’m proud to say Mark is one of my mentors and a true friend.

Mark is one cool kat and I am a better person for knowing him. His personality is infectious. He is giving with his time and talents concerning Green politics, computers and recycling. For those who haven't had a chance to meet him on tribe, it is only a matter of time. November 29, 2004
