So i have torn my acl completly (my doctor looked and said, "Yep your acl is not there") so full reconstructive surgery in 3 months and nothing after that. My work restriction are everything except the following.... I am allowed "repetive motion of the rists, and am able to do lifting above my shoulders as long as it's 0-10lbs..... and as long as it does not involve bending, kneeling, lifting, climing, pissing, twisting, shiting, eating, sleeping, living...................
