Gosh Vegas I just read your profile and it says your gender preference is female. It's true gender dysphoria can affect even the most flamboyant artiste. Believe me I know, I know! But before you start going to therapy an taking estrogen and searching for the right anesthesiologist, I need to say I accept and love you, the clown man that you are. However, I will support you in any incarnation. Even if you change your name to Venus.

Maybe you should experiment with makeup, clothing, and hairstyles some more before you plunge into anything, you know, like irreversable... It's difficult to turn back years and years of secondary sex characteristics... Heck it's already difficult enough to recognize you out of clown makeup..
