So this is a quick question out there to anyone who has ever had shingles.... yes, thats right shingles, the extremely painful reactivation of the chickenpox virus... I got shingles for my birthday... go me...

I am in extreme pain, doctors only said to take advil... shit doesn't work... haven't slept in 4 days cuz of the pain, and I have finals starting this week!.. .any ideas? anyone had shingles that has some idea of what to do? the only good thing was that I got it on my ribs... peop... read more
So here I am writting the last few paragraphs of this chapter of my life and I realize I have a little more dancing to do before it is over. I am hanging with my wonderful friend Amber tuesday night and I think we will be ending up at the Mor bar for a bit of dancing... sooooo come on down! do a bit of toe tapping with me, cuz I am out of here on thursday!

I just got back from Boulder and signed a lease on an amazing place! Truly a divine sanctuary (props to my man Jesse for the mantra)... 2 bedroom apartment in a basement of a house (the home of an energetic healer and artist/gardener). 1100 sq feet... with a fireplace, new kitchen... and the back yard is a 1/4 acre beautiful garden with a small creek and many quiet zones for reading or chilling out. Many Buddhas througout the garden... and only 1 mile from school...

can I go to school for 32 hours a week, do 15 hours of meditation a week, work 20+ hours a week, study for at least another 30 hours a week, and still find time to work out, eat and sleep? Just curious...
