For tibet please please sign!!! take the symbolic Tibetan citizenship ( did and so did over 1825 others!!!!)

I'm a bit confused here. How does it protect Tibet and its culture to have a bunch of non-Tibetans apply for citizenship? I went to look at the site but was none the wiser. It seems like a gimmick to me.
