Some photo's of the bridge collapse, taken by a local professional photographer. Focused on the structure, rather than injured people. Three weeks ago today at this time I was on my way to Chicago. Nine hours later the Cubs game on the radio was interupted to bring the news that the bridge I almost drove over that morning, and did drive almost every day at one point in my life, was in the river. My life lately has consisted of being a little league mom again (again we lost, but were better this year!) And of course, work. Work for $ and working on the house spending it. While stripping the deck prior to staining (still not done) I noticed it started to look like Fall in my yard. One of our trees has oak wilt. So cutting that down is in the near fut... read more 
I have the misfortune to work in one of the few places that doesn't close for Christmas, not for an hour. Not even like a radio station that can switch to all prepackaged music, no announcer needed, no news. (kind of ticks me off; I didn't hear the news this morning, they're messin' with my routine!)

Yes, I'm still alive. Haven't been on tribe in a long time, but still think of you all. Just too busy taking care of the 'must do' things in my life to play on tribe. Hope that changes soon!
