Born into Hollywood, raised in Los Angeles' studio towns from West LA to the East Valley, Steven Jay Vetter is a proven curvilinear visionbuilder!

Drawing at four, painting at 12, massaging in his teens; at 18, began writing science fiction and bought his first flute! Fascinated by Chinese history, Steven developed an affinity with brush painting, studying Fine Art at Culver City's West LACC; entered Pasadena's Art Center College of Design intending an auto design career – but GM et al. just weren't fast enough.*

Steven had been playing with swords in high school – mom had crossed Italian swords over the couch... Fortunately, his social life matured when he sought out the SCA to fight with swords'n'armor, for eight painfully rewarding years. Beer 'n' buxom babes ensued.

Back to work... at Boss Films, 90-hour weeks as a miniature prop fabricator inspired Steven's transition to toy design *("Too cold in Detroit anyway..."). Apparently, he THRIVED on hard work! Serving as partner at Designica, Steven contributed his visions to popular toys manufactured by Mattel, Galoob, Ertl, etc...

After self-educating in Computer Game Design and returning to college (WLACC) for computer programming, Steven chose yet another tangential vector, anticipating gaming's imminent cinematic realism...

'99: Steven began work as a set draftsman, storyboard artist, art dept., camera asst., etc. '01: returned to Valley College to study electronics, industrial arts, illustration, and music. In '04, Steven was discovered socializing at GeminiManor.com by Michael of Wisnieux.com, whose need for Steven's multitude of material skills formed the foundation for their futures... stay tuned... **

'06: at Cal State Northridge, Steven positioned himself as the sole Creative Designer on the CSUN Formula Race Car Engineering Team. Next, he trained in traditional 2D Animation (with pencil!), plus Character & Background Design under top Disney clean-up artist Cyndy Bohonovsky on a network-pilot story-reel project.

'07: Steven assists the launch of Animation & Art site — a brand-new website featuring the world's finest animators & artists, selling their work directly to the public for the first time!

** Now in '07, Steven has returned to development with Sound Images® on "Untitled Fantasy Film, Live Performance + 3D Novel Project" featuring biomechanical characters, omnimedia, art + collectibles, fashion + jewelry products, etc.

The future's so bright, it's no wonder we wear our sunglasses at night...
