What are your Birthday Gift Ideas?

My Sister's birthday is coming up soon, somewhere around the 58 year. I know she doesn't like baths like I do, however, I would like to know what ideas you have about gifts. She has been a stellar role model all my life, a tough and smart woman, generous and witty and so much fun, she is a good drummer, too. I just love bragging about her.

Well
I don't remember where she lives. Is it nearby? If it is what about a day or morning or afternoon together where you invite her to do what ever she wants, and with you. So if it's a spa, treat yourself too:)
As we get older, seems the times we spend together with family (especially when we get along with them) are more important than material things.
Whachya think?
