Hi, my name is Wallace and Thanks for stopping by!
I am a Real Esate Investing student advisor as well as a seasoned full time Real Estate Entrepreneur.
I am here to network and to meet new friends and to introduce people to Real Esate wealth building strategies and our Community of investors. People tend to describe me as honest, easy going down to earth guy with a great sense of humor and a real adventure for Life! I have a knack for what ever I touch turns to Gold! I also love to make people laugh. I always avoid negative people.
It was also my honor to serve in the Army for 19 yrs, until I broke my neck during training and I had to leave military Service. I have learned since then, that everday is a gift, and you should use that gift to your best advantage. I have been investing in real estate full time for the past 5 years, and Love it very much! I now own multiple properties around the United States I bought without using my money! I also enjoy helping others.
I am a man of my word as my Dad told me many times before that in business "A mans Word is all he has that is his own, make it good." My family is very important to me and they are my first priority. I am also a very confident and sure person but I am not cocky. I like myself and believe in myself and in others.
I like to workout, however I only go to the gym about 3 days a week. I like to shoot Pool, play Texas Holdem, going to great resturants, live music, like to rock climb, surf, water ski, snow ski, scuba dive with sharks, enjoy boating, fishing and going to the beach very much
I enjoy going to OBX and Crystal Coast, NC, Kona Hawaii, Clearwater Florida, San Diego CA, Saint Martin, Washington DC, Baltimore MD and Philadelphia PA. I would try almost anything once...or twice.
I love to meet anyone who has an interest in learning how to become a successful Real Estate Investor like me.

Folks keep asking me why I left BiggerPockets aka Josh Reed Dorkin and started my own site.
Well to be nice Josh Reed Dorkin of BiggerPockets and I do not see "Eye to Eye" on Real Estate Education.
He thinks it should be Free like a low rate public High School and I feel the Harvard approach helps more.
