Wayne is my first "blog sweetie". I was reading his blog long before he knew I was blogstalking him. It wasn't until the Great NYC Blackout in 2003 that I made him aware of my existence. And that was because I was worried sick about him and wrote him to tell him so. Instead of him being scared of this California mom who was a stranger to him, he embraced the friendship. He's sweet, cute, kind, funny, charming, generous, and genuine. I don't think I needed to tell anyone that, but I will. And I did. Cuz it's true. August 4, 2004
Wayne is my first "Blog Sweetie". I was reading his blog LONG before I ever made my "stalking" known to him. It wasn't until the big NYC Blackout of 2003 that the Momma Bear in me kicked in and I had to write and ask him to let me know that he was okay. Thus began a really great friendship. Wayne accepted me for who I was and always made me feel it was ok to be just that...me. He also made me feel that even though I find my life and my writings pretty boring, other people might not and encouraged me to keep writing. I don't need to tell you how funny, sweet, cute, kind, genuine, and generous he is. But I will. Cuz he is. Love you Wayne!
