I have lost my best friend, my lover, my soul mate.
I find myself wondering in the halls of my own thoughts feeling completely lost.
To be in this kind of mental state of mind is new to me. ask anyone and i'm the one with a plan always four steps ahead of the game. But I didn't paln for this to happen.
Losing my partner has knocked me off my track.

Found this, and i new i had to share it with all of you

I was asked last week in my dance class
Why do we as humans dance???
is it to show a side of our selfs no one can see unless we are dancing?
Are we creating alter egos?
Is it and emotional release?
I found that i could'nt anwser her question.
so i said
" It's such a simple thing...... movement.
And yet it can mean so much.When i dance
i simply let my soul lead my body. And how you interpret my movement is up to you."
