I feel like I've known Willy forever. We lived around the corner from eachother in London, but never met. We both travelled half way across the world to San Francisco and met there instead. Now thats some sort of weird destiny, if you ask me.

Wilks is a very mobile individual and he's usually at the heart of things when misbehavior is rampant. A Winner, a free-thinker, generous and handsome. Keeps moving further away from me but only from the standpoint of geography.

I am a Londoner who is has spent much of his adult life in the US, and I find I now speak US English with a British accent. Odd. Anyway, I love California. It's my home. I love the land. And the folk who call this place home. And what is possible here. No where else in the world is like this. I even married a local ;)
I played full time (token white guy...heh) in various soul/r&b bands until I ended up running a hi-tech company in San Francisco in the mid 90s and have travelled extensively throughout the world with a guitar in my hand. Hence the list above. Most of those places I saw out of a tour bus window and so never really visited properly. Heh. The Lioness and I moved south to LA last year when I sold my company. I am now in my 3rd career working as a full time photographer. Best thing I did yet :) I love it. Fuck working in an office and I toured enough for one lifetime...
