At some point in this evolution of what it is to be a person, we start finding souls that come out and just skip all the bullshit. They see how real love is, and they know it as our true lifeforce, and they stay.
It'll shake you and quake you and make you more real, to see the power of love in this man. Let him be him. Let him vibrate and soar - while you cheer for more. Beg the earth to let him rise, for as you do, so will you.
Will is of the world. He is an ambassador of love, and he is here to stay. Let his shoulders lift you too, let his heart be alive in your view, and as you do, we all awaken that much more. Are you ready? He is.

about me
I'm creating a bi-local reality whereby I live in LA part-time and the Bay Area part-time. I've recently taken on a new approach, title, and dynamic to my work.. I was reminded of how important it is to be fully aligned with my true intention, which is not to "heal" people (because we're not broken), and its not to inundate the masses with poetic language about ecstatic possibilities. My intention is to bring real value to people's lives by effecting the realities in their life.. through their experience of themSelves.. through the body. From there, we can look at the next step..
I'm spending the day alone today..

It started with me finding out I had my car towed, and walking about 30 minutes through smoggy Hollywood to retrieve it, and find that it would be not only $187 for the impound, but another $70 ticket... (I got a $40 ticket the other day, too)
SO.. had a great opportunity to do some deep inner work during my lil birthday gift to myself.. morning yoga class.
I felt like crying. And vomiting.

There is a reason I have focused on health - on the body.
The body is how we experience life.. It is the physical interface through which we perceive our universe.. When it is open, balanced, receptive.. we can experience new heights, happiness, love.. Naturally - with no added ingredients. This is powerful.
When it is closed, constricted, distorted.. we can have everything around us saying "YES!" and feel a big, ugly "NO." Its just the way it is.

I've realized some very important things lately that remind me of deep spiritual truths. I think I'm going to begin writing again. In a nutshell, I learned that my notion of "being in love" may not be in actuality what I have imagined it to be. I had a moment last night where i realized something important which may not have any applied relevance, so it may not be helpful to mention..
