How does one defend against a violent attacker? There is a lot of talk about realistic self-defense methods and how/where to train in them. Some of these methods are hype that pander to people who are essentially looking for a fight. In short, fighting is not self-defense. And ultimately, self-defense is about not putting yourself in situations where violent people operate (unless you are in a profession that deals with these types).

Her current strategy: drag Obama down with her. Her quiting the campaign would be a better one—for the country. If she is going to stay in the race despite her waining chances, she and Bill need to get off the pity, spite, and let's sabotage the Democratic Party's chances in November trip.
For the senator who was a hero in Vietnam and an independent Republican, foreign and fiscal policy is not his forte. "We're succeeding. I don't care what anybody says," says McCain about Iraq, his "100 years" war. Between visiting the Green Zone and quick trips to US military selected locations, McCain has made up his mind on Iraq. His fiscal policy is no better:
