excited doesn't even begin to cover it
So I declined the offers from SAIC and CCA because they're expensive (think about $60,000 in debt all told for a 2 year program) and really not the right programs for me. It was scary because it felt like I was closing the door on options, but I didn't want to settle for a program. I want to go somewhere that will challenge and inspire me- that's what an MFA is about. Not just for the degree but the experience and growth.
