My Life
So my fellow Jivamukti Yoga teacher Kari Zabel & I have swapped yoga classes! (Yes, it was my brilliant idea!) So I'm off to San Francisco to teach her classes and a Chakra tuning workshop....I hope to meet all you lusciously limber and stoically stiff SF acrohoopinyogis!!

Chakra Tuning Workshop with Sandhi Ferreira $45 in advanced/ $50 day of at The Jivamukti Yoga School 841 Broadway at 13th St, 2nd floor NYC 10003 The chakras provide us with a map for deep therapeutic transformation. A healthy mind and body is a sound mind and body! We will explore how asanas can address the possible root causes of emotional and physical difficulties in our lives and how to use mantra as well as positive intention together with asana to instigate deep and lasting healing.

As beautiful in spirit as she is in form, Sandhi never ceases to amaze me with her kind and peaceful ways. Her smile is sparkling, her warmth contageous, and her talents endless! What a lovely goddess, who plays in realms of birds and serpents!

if someone asked me what sandhi was about, I would have to say everything, everything in the world. sandhi does for new york city what gandhi did for india. like a voodhoo ghost snatcher, she has captured the spirits of brahma, vishnu, and shiva, and fused them with her own unique magic. the land of the god ganesh has unchained the elephants, and with reckless beauty running amok, thankfully we have a hula hooping yoginni for our salvation.

OH My Goddess!! Sandfly is just an amazing, loving, bright spirit! She is nurtuing and compassioante. She is a great teacher, healer and still a little crazy..in a great way! If you find sandie in your life, hold, get ready cause KAli is coming. Bow as you have met the godess!
