Going to San Francisco May 19-26 to teach Jivamukti Yoga!

So my fellow Jivamukti Yoga teacher Kari Zabel & I have swapped yoga classes! (Yes, it was my brilliant idea!) So I'm off to San Francisco to teach her classes and a Chakra tuning workshop....I hope to meet all you lusciously limber and stoically stiff SF acrohoopinyogis!!

We will explore how asanas can address the possible root causes of emotional and physical difficulties in our lives and how to use mantra as well as positive intention together with asana to instigate deep and lasting healing.

But as we practice these asanas with heightened awareness of our connection to our strengths, the earth, and those we love, we overcome our fears and hesitations and really open! Becoming love itself!!
