Going to San Francisco May 19-26 to teach Jivamukti Yoga!

So my fellow Jivamukti Yoga teacher Kari Zabel & I have swapped yoga classes! (Yes, it was my brilliant idea!) So I'm off to San Francisco to teach her classes and a Chakra tuning workshop....I hope to meet all you lusciously limber and stoically stiff SF acrohoopinyogis!! Sat, April 26, 6-8pm Chakra Tuning Workshop with Sandhi Ferreira $45 in advanced/ $50 day of at The Jivamukti Yoga School 841 Broadway at 13th St, 2nd floor NYC 10003 The chakras provide us with a map for deep therapeutic transformation. A healthy mind and body is a sound mind and body! We will explore how asanas can address the possible root causes of emotional and physical difficulties in our lives and how to use mantra as well as positive intention together with asana to instigate deep and lasting healing.
