"As to the human race. There are many pretty and winning things about the human race. It is perhaps the poorest of all the inventions of all the gods but it has never suspected it once. There is nothing prettier than its naive and complacent appreciation of itself. It comes out frankly and proclaims without bashfulness or any sign of a blush that it is the noblest work of God. It has had a billion opportunities to know better, but all signs fail with this ass. I could say harsh things about it but I cannot bring myself to do it--it is like hitting a child." - Mark Twain

"Language is a process of free creation; its laws and principles are fixed, but the manner in which the principles of generation are used is free and infinitely varied. Even the interpretation and use of words involves a process of free creation." - Noam Chomsky

"Resistance to the organized mass can be effected only by the man who is as well organized in his individuality as the mass itself." -Carl G. Jung

"Let judges secretly despair of justice: their verdicts will be more acute. Let generals secretly despair of triumph; killing will be defamed. Let priests secretly despair of faith: their compassion will be true." -Leonard Cohen

"Education is the ability to listen to almost anything without losing your temper or your self-confidence." -Robert Frost

"Nearly all men can stand adversity, but if you want to test a man's character, give him power." -Abraham Lincoln

Every so often, I'm confronted with the conversation that I've not seen ANY of the classic movies.
Sure, I've seen Citizen Kane, Psycho, The Wizard of Oz, and Star Wars...... but there's a slew of classic movies that I've not seen. And that's not seen as in, not seen ANY of...... I've compiled a short list:
1. Gone with the Wind
2. Its a Wonderful Life
3. Casablanca
4. The Graduate
5. Ghandi
6. Ben Hur
7. The Canine Mutiny
8. Carrie
9. Cool Hand Luke
10. Das Boot
11. The Deer...

It's finally happened. . . .
I do one load of laundry a week, and I'm always caught up. This is a noble and personal goal I've persued for a long time.
It stays in my closet.
Once a week, when my basket is full I pick it up, go downstairs and throw it in the wash. I don't have to cram it in, it fits easily.
At this point you may be asking yourself one question-- why don't you seperate the whites from the colors John?
Well to that, I say piss--
Life is too short to seper...

Yo yo, here's the deal on my main man Moonruckus. I met him through a familiar groove. We BREATHEd IN the air, unafraid to care, and got down hard to the drum n'bliss. I met him then and there, in the flesh, though I already knew him. He then proceeded to construct two rocketpacks, powered by Zach's wicked kit rageibility. As Zach began to rage the kit something fierce, we blasted off into the cosmos. We invented a futuristic game called Ether Perceiver. The object is to perceive as much Ether as humanly possible. Unfortunately, Zach broke beat and we tumbled down through the shades of atmosphere before a winner could be declared.
Now, anyone try to tell me that Moonruckus is not the shiznitobamsnipsnapsandwich. My only beef is that he probably would have rocked me in Ether Perceiver had the rhythmic fuel held out for longer. In La'kech

i think the DH is bullshit. pitchers are grown men who make millions of dollars. they should learn how to run the bases and deal with the sting on their hands of using a wood bat.

They should teach them safe sex practices, and demonstrate them by teaching how to find free porn on the internet. The rest will take care of itself.
