Excerpts from a restless mind
I donated!
While I think I should not brag about this, I find it somewhat useful to act as a "good example" to encourage others to do the same:While I supported the purchase of Gladys the previous year, I've now submitted a donation to the plans of some Londoners to bring a red double decker bus to Burning Man and run a bus service there:

(Besides, I also regularly donate to more environmental and less exciting entities)
Save Planet Rock!
www.saveplanetrock.co.uk/Not that I've ever listened to this station as I (a) have no radio and (b) am living in Southern Germany.
Yet, as a fan of british rock music, I support their cause.
Santacon in Munich!
OK,I've started to organize a Santacon in Munich, where I live. It shall happen on Dec 8, and I expect YOU to come!
3 Santas from London have already bought plane tickets!
Here's the official page about it: santas.tempel.org/
New homes
In Munich I'll move into a larger apartment soon, which is in the same house where Stefan, Tali and some other burners live. Also signed up with Couchsurfing.com to make better use of the new space :)I'll fly on Aug 16 to San Francisco and will meet some other Germans in Reno the next day, drivin together to BM to help them with their Playa installation: burning-man.eu/
Once BM officially starts, I'll camp with the Hoodville camp inside the AEZ (which is around 6:45 and C)
See ya there!

I'm set
Now I've got all the tickets I need this year: Nowhere, Burning Man, plane to SFO. Soon I can be the real Wüstling again.I got hooked
Having quit my safe but unfulfilling job, I've finally made a decision to make a new start as a freelancer in software dev, this time making my own product I believe in instead of working on other peoples'.But as always, when there's such a change coming, I appear to be needing some distraction, to procrastinate the actual change. So I started to try out World of Warcraft two weeks ago. Since then, there has been only one day where I have not played the entire day. It's so wasteful (in regards to time), so pointless, so entertaining and so challenging. And I like challenges.
I've never been much of an addict (never fell for smoking or other drugs), but this time I feel like suffering big time. This is a first for me (well, there's also porn, but that does not occupy me entire days - yet).
I am worried. I've talked to others from which I heard horror stories about WoW-addics. It's worse than losing contact to friends because they're getting a family (if you know what I mean).
Don't give in to WoW!
(Gotta get back to playing now, buddies are waiting)
In Prague
When visiting Prague, I recommend not missing out on having a Thai massage, for at least an hour!I had a 1h foot massage and a 1h classic Thai massage for 1200 Czech Crowns, which is about 30 Euros or 20 Pounds Sterling (location is right next to the central square: Celetná 6). That's really inexpensive, even for Prague, I think. Here in Munich I'd have paid 3 to 4 times that amount.
