Originally from new jersey but traveled the world, went to a school for global social change (friends world) where I lived and studied in India, Nepal, Costa Rica, Peru, and Ecuador studying tribal medicine, indigenous rights, participatory development, and positive social change. Hung out in the deserts of Rajasthan and the hills of Ecuador learning from local shamans and documenting traditional knowledge. Then went to a school to train as an herbalist with Michael Moore, then discovered IIN where I trained as a holistic health counselor, teaching people how to integrate gradual diet and lifestyle changes. Started a holistic wellness center in Vermont, got engaged and disengaged. Went off to India for the second time and spent a month in satsang with zen master Dolano who rocked my world. Ended up with some crazy inspired vision to lead work around transformation, global social change, community, and conscious celebration, and so then magically met the talented musician and teacher Anant Jesse whom I co-created a vision for a festival with in Montreal. Took a winter break to Guatemala and Belize, explored art and painting, and ended up in a spiritual ecovillage called Pachamamma where I had the pleasure to sit with Tyohar. Returned to Boulder only to meet my next syncronization of destiny - Aaron with Kan'Nal, which led me to Eli, and then by the will of the dragonfly ended up as a co-director of the Dreamtime festival... And now? This journey leads me to a dream to realize - now that the event has grounded in the values of sustainability, health, personal growth, and community - its time for the next chapter... The Ecovillage.
