NIGHT OF EXPLOSIONS If only the night would last long enough, To let me spit out all my poison; Undercover of darkness, My senses are fully alight. If only time could freeze For five eternal seconds, To let me breathe in the peace That I cannot find. Given the right conditions, We can all become monsters; Given the right conditions, A monster can turn into a king. If only the night left seeds that I could plant, I would grow trees of flashing darkness, I would eat their fluorescent fruits of secrets, And enter forever the realm of serene madness.
