I never meant for my blog to be one of those theme ones, but it is leaning heavily towards the issue of sustainability, which I think is one of the biggest issues facing the world now (saving the world from environmental destruction and saving it from destruction by warfare are tied for 1st place). This pic that I found on the internet sums up so much of what I think is wrong with contemporary society - the "need" for convenience without considering the source of our disposables, let alone where these items go after they are used once.
