In the world of tomorrow, there will be naught but Edwards. They will be infinitely adaptable, yet entirely Edward; chef-Edward, mentor-Edward, purveyor-of-bodily-poison-Edward, cerebral-gratifier-Edward. Edward is the post-conflict GI Joe, and I flatter myself by thinking that I'm on the ground floor, getting all these über-powers at once without first enduring the animated series.

about me
I'm coming home to America after a year plus a little more in Japan. I don't like Japan. I met fantastical individuals, but my categorical hatred for the bureaucracy that has been dismantling this country since the Macarthur administration is so malignant that it has polluted things I treasured in the moment. In time the edges will smoothen to a neat tolerance and I'll have wonderful stories to tell. For now though... I can't wait to get home. I spend a lot of my time, making music, biking around and just generally having a good time. I've started running every day and I enjoy that. I don't like fluorescent lights. I like words that start with 'X' (exceptions being faux mom & pop compounds and prescription drug names). I look for patterns in textured ceilings. I love evolutionary tactics and would kill to preserve my zealous faith in life as metaphor. When I play air guitar I don't just strum or windmill—I check the tone and volume knobs to make sure my dreams have the right ring. I sometimes turn up the music real loud-like. So I can feel it. I hate atomists but I love Lucretius.
