REIKI FIRST DEGREE Training and Certification ( community » other ) Usui Reiki is a form of hands-on healing that will flow through your hands whenever you touch with intent. Following a series of attunements given by Dr. Yana Womack, Reiki Master, you will be able to treat yourself and others. Reiki can safely be used in conjunction with medical treatment, as well as other complementary therapies.

The Reiki One Training Course is an affordable 4 hour workshop that covers the following: • What is Reiki? •The Uses and Benefits of Reiki • The Reiki Principles • The History of Reiki • Introduction to Chakras, Koshas and Auras • 4 Reiki Attunements • Hand Positions for Self Treatment and Treatment of Others • How to Conduct a Reiki Session.

On completion of the course, you will receive two illustrated Reiki manuals, handouts, a CD on chakra balancing, the First Degree Reiki Certificate, as well as on-going support and advice. Following the attunements, you are fully qualified to perform Reiki First Degree healing and are encouraged to begin practicing on a regular basis. Many students find that by connecting to more the subtle healing energies that Reiki provides, they find themselves experiencing positive personal changes and accelerated spiritual growth for both themselves and others.
