The best way I can think to relate the experience/reality of interconnectedness in laymans terms is to relate it to an experience from which I am currently awakening.

Sitting in the hottub I began to feel the need for water and release my self from this experience which was beginning to upset my inner workings- ie I was getting too hot. I jumped over the edge of the hottub stood up and ev ery thing went to a fuzz where all energy/ experience/perception seems to rise into your brain/or third eye one might say, because there is definitely still, a few minutes later, a sensation in my forehead of the remnance of the tingling fuzzy sensation that literally took over my whole being when I jumped out of the hottub. Now anyone who has had this experience, from standing up too fast, lack of oxygen to the brain some say, or whatever it is, can tell you that it is very difficult to function at that moment, and occassionally it actually goes to a place where your balance is completely compromised and you might fall over or even pass out. I believe most people immediately assume something is wrong and they sit down and become concerned for their health and maybe even thier sanity(the second possibly being a more correct or healthy response.) Having experienced yoga and the feeling and experience that there is a greater more ecstatic reality than that which is "normally" considered reality in western civilization, I experimented running outside after getting out of really hotbath, staying in as long as I could, and running outside to stand under the full moon, raise my arms to the universe and stretch into the infitite, doing my best to keep my balance. To say it lightly it was an amazing uncomparable experience of oneness in the Unified Field.

basically, as you drift into that fuzzz, we are experiencing the true nature of our connectedness. all one. togetherness. no separation. and as we've heard before, this thing we call "reality" is really just a mental construct put together by our perception from waves of possibilities.

It has been quite an adventure alongside Raven and my children here in West Vancouver the last few years. Setting aside our personal ambitions to honor, respect, and bless the lives of Raven's mother and father, and to receive the love that they have sewn~ full of SPirit~ And we begin to release the physical stuff, attached and passed down to us~ for us to let go of - to be cleansed. Walking the path of the teacher becoming clearer and clearer each day.

Sometimes it is so difficult to remember who I am. And each day "Iam" transforms. But the truth remains that at the end of each day, our skills, abilities, techniques, perspectives, and visions expand, evolve, and heighten themselves to enable us to reach to heights in creativity.

The time is now.

Look into the Mirror.

.....Inhale......hold it..............................and rel;ease...feel the allignment running down your spine through every molecule in your body, taking them down into the eternernal moss mesh of life woven together creating the coziest bed and blanket for you to sleep in....... the sound of infinite chaos merged with interconnectedness and Unity of the Circle.
