Life at YMNie

Disseminating Information...
I spend so much of the day hunting for artists and labels. It's so much fun, but I am limited in how many peolple I can reach. It's so frustrating to have such great information and not be able to put it in the hands of those that need it... that want it!

The quest for more music
There is some great music out there. Sometimes we're blown away by what we get to hear. We are priviledged to meet these artists and get their music for the channel and website.

Right now we are on the hunt for more labels in the dance music scene. Drum'n'Bass, World Beats, Progressive, Breaks, House, IDM, Trance, Chill, Techno, Experimental, Tribal... everything we can get our hands on. About a year and a half ago, we set out to create a new music video television show to air nationally. The show, 'Your Music Network, the independent experience', gave independent artists and labels a platform for their music; a platform that featured your music videos and sold your CDs worldwide.

On July 3rd 2004 the first weekly one hour show aired, mms://66.10.35.205/ymnmedia/ymnie_mini_media/YMNie_101.wmv. The response was so overwhelming that we are in the process of launching our own television 24/7 broadcast network dedicated entirely to the independent artist, label and lifestyle! The channel will feature all genres of music videos in a format similar to MTV, VH1 and BET. YMNie will also provide strong Internet exposure through our website, www.yourmusicnetwork.net by providing:
