So...My current situation is up in the air and it's not looking good. The owner is making moves to sell the house and our leaseholder is no longer a resident and has terminated the lease, even though the rest of us wish to stay. There may be some kind of struggle where we try to make things work but it's not looking very promising.
I'm not sure what is going to happen, but it's looking pretty certain that I'll be needing to find a new place by AUGUST 1st.
