Retrofit of the St. Andrews Cross finished, as of 5 minutes ago! I'm home alone right now, and as this project has been ongoing for the past several weeks, I feel the need to share my elation. The annoying 30 degree back support is gone. The cross now sits against the wall verticaly, with a sleek mounting bracket keeping it secure.
