just like thoughts happen :) of course, i don’t want to judge my friends and lovers, don’t want to think bad of them, to be irritated by their behavior, to dislike any part of them. i want to love them purely and unconditionally - always. yet, judgment comes. it just does. i have nothing to do with that. it’s part of how my mind is programmed - by parents, school, sovok, whatever.. but i can notice. but when i notice - i tend to get angry at myself for judging... read more
