An intimate Saké bar designed by Oregon artists, Zilla Saké House is an evening experience and an education in Saké. We offer a wide range of unique and wonderful saké that is second to none. All of our saké is stored in our cooler at 40-44 degrees under low light. The world of saké is vast; our goal is to encourage you to explore our saké list extensively. Kampai!

Zilla is proud to host The President of Saiya Brewery – makers of Yuki no Bosha and Yuri Masamune, Saito-san.

Saito-san will be our guest at Zilla on Wednesday May 21st
for a complementary saké tasting of some of our finest saké from 7:30 – 8:30pm.
We will be serving two of our best Daiginjo Saké in the house:

SMV (Saké Meter Value): This is a guideline as to how dry or sweet a saké might be: +5 is dry, while -20 is sweet. Another aspect to consider in selecting saké is Earthy or Fruity. Please read the saké descriptions for more details.
